We are awarded from Association of Civil Engineering Practising ( Ch. Sambhajinagar) and ULTRATECH cement. Outstanding structure for Marathwada Region year 2023-24 Project Name Dr Hedgewar Hospital ch. Sambhajinagar. We got this Award for Project Management Consultancy. The Project Awarded for its many parameters as below –
- Brown field project for vertical expansion of 3 floors with 1.25 lakh sft.
- Structure type was composite structure with regular slab , structural steel of 430 tons for column , beams.
- Critical part was space constraint, 11 meter single column errection ( three floor column in single errection)
- Complexity of project no space around building forced us. for entire structural steel errection in manual mode
- 45000 bolts for bolted connection with 100% precision
- Removing of existing RCC structures with Wire Saw and Diamond Cutters for RCC & waterproofing.
- Use of rendering just 3-5 mm thickness for entire old and new structure manufactured with 5 years crackfree assurance
- Use of foam concrete for terrace waterproofing of 45000/- sft slab area
- Criticality of site conditions only 20×25 m space for Contarctor ( Generic eng and const.) in 80 x 80 m building size four open to sky and four domes with heavy man movement below , one courtyard without man movement.
- Execution time only 9 to 6 PM no extra time is allowed as working in existing running hospital
- Daily footfall of 6-8 thousand people forced us to spend @ 1.5% of project cost on Saftey.
