Progressive Expert Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is a multi disciplinary management firm established in September 2016 by Mr. Parimal Marathe have his head office in Chh. Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad).
We are the company operating in the place of corporate and individual trainings with special focus on construction industry. We have database of expert trainers and facilitators. We believe on customized corporate trainings as one of best mode to enhance the efficiency and productivity of employees which in turn helps in sensible spending’s by corporates with a minimum impact on bottom line.
Progressive Expert consulting Pvt Ltd. is engaged in cost consultancy services. we are providing on site as well as off-site support for cost analysis, third party bill verification, preparing and managing RFQs (request for quotation), joint measurement and its verification for all kind of works like civil work, finishing items, services like plumbing, sewage, electrical, mechanical and others.

Managing Director, Heading PMC Projects in Maharashtra And Business Development
Managing Director of Progressive Expert Consulting Pvt Ltd (PECPL), With about three decades of experience in civil engineering and industrial contracting, led projects for renowned organizations like Varroc, Reliance Industries, and Bombay Forging Ltd. Journey began with a Diploma in Civil
Engineering from Government Polytechnic, Aurangabad in 1995, and also a PRINCE2 Practitioner with a certification in Project Management. He has been committed to advancing the construction industry through innovation and expertise.
He successfully trained and placed over 1,500 engineers in the last eight years, and have conducted more than 100 free seminars across various engineering colleges in India, focusing on career opportunities in the construction industry.
Mrs. Sneha Marathe
Director Trainings And Business Development
Director of Progressive Expert Consulting Pvt Ltd (PECPL), Having 16+ Years of experience in all verticals of constructions, including industrial and real estate projects with a qualification of Diploma Civil, B.E Civil, Leadership And Change Management from IIM Trichy. Has been worked on variety construction projects, Industrial, Residential and Hospitals. With the rich experience also having hands on Expertise in Estimation and Billing, Good knowledge of ERP systems like Highrise and SAP.
